4 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Mild or Hot Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
1-1/2 cups milk
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (7 oz.)sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans (2-1/4 oz. each) sliced pitted black olives, drained
1 can (4 oz.)chopped green chiles, undrained

Place macaroni in boiling water and cook according to package directions. Over medium-low heat, stir VELVEETA and milk in saucepan until melted and creamy. Open all cans and pour into large (2-1/2-quart) casserole dish. Mix in macaroni. Pour VELVEETA mixture over top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
