What You Need
Original recipe yields 14 servings
3 lb. red potatoes (about 9), peeled, chopped
4 cups water
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 cups 2% milk
4 cups chopped broccoli
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped

Let's Make It
Cook potatoes, water and evaporated milk in Dutch oven 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Add 2% milk, broccoli and onions; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until broccoli is tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in VELVEETA and ham; cook on low heat 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring constantly.
Prepare using fat-free milk and 2% Milk VELVEETA.
