What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 egg yolk
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion s
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
5 zucchini, thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 cups croutons
1 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA.
Spread zucchini onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with sour cream mixture. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 45 min. or until zucchini is tender and casserole is heated through.
Enjoy your favorite foods while keeping portion size in mind.
Cook 1 lb. lean ground beef; drain. Spread over zucchini in baking pan before covering with sour cream mixture and baking as directed.
