Simmer tomato soup in 2 qt. sauce pan. Add sliced mushrooms (including liquid) and VELVEETA and stir gently. When melted, add meat mixture, stirring to mix. Pour mixture over noodles; slightly mix to coat noodles, and bake for 30 minutes in a 325°F oven. Serves 6-8.
