PULL back corn husks; do not remove. Remove silks with stiff brush; rinse corn under cold running water. Place husks back over ears.
Grill ears, covered, over medium-hot coals or on gas grill (400°F) about 20 minutes or until tender, turning corn often. Remove husks.
Sprinkle cheese on large flat plate. Spread each ear of corn with butter. Roll in cheese until coated. Squeeze with lime. Makes 4 servings.
