Spread top half of bread loaf with butter; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Layer bottom half of bread loaf with folded bologna and salami, onion, peppers and cheese. Cover with top half of bread. Wrap sandwich in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Cut crosswise into 6 pieces.
To Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking. Wrap securely. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake, wrapped, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
