1 cup null brown sugar null
3/4 cup null flour null
1/4 cup null wheat germ null
4 teaspoon null cinnamon null
3/4 teaspoon null baking soda null
3-1/2 cup null oats null
1/3 cup null applesauce null
3 tablespoon null canola oil null
1 cup null peanut butter null
1-1/4 cup null cholesterol-free egg product null
2 ounce null fat-free milk null
3/4 cup null raisins null

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 9" x 9" pan with vegetable oil spray.

In a large mixing bowl, blend brown sugar, flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking soda and dry oats.

Add applesauce, oil, peanut butter, egg substitute, skim milk and vanilla.

Mix by hand or with electric mix until well blended.

Stir in raisins.

Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cut into 12 even pieces and one piece is one serving.
