1/4 cup chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1/3 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
4 fl oz (1/2 cup) orange juice

Add oil to nonstick pan and heat pan over medium heat. Add broccoli; stir-fry briefly. Pour in egg substitute and scramble until eggs are cooked through. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning. Fill pita with egg mixture.
