1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 medium red onion, chopped
1 peeled garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 cup black beans cooked or canned without added salt
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 kiwi
8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Mix tomatoes, onions and garlic. Blend basil, vinegar, sugar and olive oil in small bowl. Mix the flaxseed into the olive oil mixture. Season as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning. Pour over vegetables; toss. Stir black beans into mixture. To build salad, place black bean mixture over lettuce.
