Combine lettuce, tomatoes, beans, onions, and carrots in a large bowl. Blend olive oil, lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl. Season further as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning; drizzle over salad and toss. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
