2 slices whole wheat bread

Mix egg substitute, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow, flat container that will hold 2 slices of bread lying next to each other in the container.
Place bread on top of mixture.
Flip and coat the other side after coating one side with mixture.
Allow bread to sit in mixture for a few moments to soak it up.
Heat nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray over medium high heat.
Place egg-soaked bread in hot skillet.
Cook each side until lightly browned.
