3 oz. firm or extra firm lite silken tofu
4 fl oz (1/2 cup) calcium fortified vanilla soy milk

Place all ingredients, except almonds, in blender and process until smooth. Add a few Tbsp. water for a thinner consistency, if desired. For an icier drink, add ice cubes before blending.
