Let's Make It
Place salmon in small, shallow baking dish, flesh side up. Blend brown sugar, orange juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Pour marinade over the salmon; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Remove salmon from the refrigerator. Heat broiler and spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place fish on broiler pan flesh side up; broil about 4 to 6 min. or until fish is cooked through. Season to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
Toss together spinach, mandarin oranges, vinegar, and chives to make salad.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Toss drained (but not rinsed) hot pasta with your favorite garden herbs and a spritz of lemon.
Serve meal with a glass of water.
