Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Singles
1 medium tomato, sliced, divided
1 cup fresh chopped spinach leaves
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed if frozen)
2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spread 1 slice of bread with 1 tsp. margarine; place margarine side down in pan; top with cheese slices, then 1 slice of tomato. Spread remaining slice of bread with remaining margarine and place on top of tomato slice, margarine side up. Brown sandwich on both sides.

Arrange spinach on plate; top with remaining tomatoes. Blend basil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl; drizzle over salad.
