Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Split muffin in two. Spread each inside half with sauce; sprinkle with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, indicated spices, and any other spices you desire. Slice mushrooms, and distribute over muffin halves; top with broccoli. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella over each muffin half.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or just until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
