1 whole wheat tortilla
2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium red pepper, stem removed, sliced
4 fresh chopped spinach leaves
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 medium orange
8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
8 fl oz (1 Cup) drinking water

Drizzle olive oil over tortilla. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning. Arrange cheese slices to cover most of tortilla. Top with tomatoes, peppers, spinach and sprouts; roll and eat.
