1/8 tsp. (just a pinch) celery seed
1/8 tsp. (just a pinch) dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 large egg s, hard boiled and chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1 cup red or green grapes
8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
