1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 piece/slice KRAFT 2% Milk Pepperjack Singles
1 tablespoon TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa
1 medium green pepper
1/8 pound romaine lettuce
1 BREYERS Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt, 8-oz. container
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
2 tablespoon PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Cover whole wheat tortilla with olive oil and then cheese slice. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, or until cheese melts. Top with salsa. Core and slice sweet pepper; cut into thin slices and place on top of salsa. Top all with romaine lettuce leaves; roll.
