1/2 cup frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, but do not rinse.
Blend olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and sugar in a small bowl. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
Place pasta in bowl with olive oil mixture; toss to coat. Add tomatoes, cheddar cheese and broccoli to pasta; toss to mix. Place lettuce on a plate and top with pasta mixture.
Enjoy your salad with a side of grapes.
