3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1 medium baked potato
1 tsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 tsp. margarine, canola-based, trans fat-free
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing

Heat grill. Coat chicken with Italian dressing. Grill about 5 min. on each side, or until cooked through.

Pierce potato several times with a fork; wrap in foil and grill until fork tender, about 30 min. When done, split and top with sour cream and chives.

Heat corn as directed on package; top with margarine.

Toss lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers to make salad; drizzle Catalina dressing over the top.

Serve meal with a bottle of CRYSTAL LIGHT.
