1/2 cup frozen broccoli cuts
1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product (or packaged egg whites)
1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
6 fl oz (3/4 cup) orange juice

Heat oil over medium low heat in a nonstick skillet; add onion and broccoli and sauté 3 to 5 min. Add egg substitute and scramble until cooked through. Spoon into pita.
