1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 kiwi, sliced
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cantaloupe, cubed
1/4 cup pineapple chunks, canned in juice
1 Tbsp. golden raisins
1 tsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
