1 whole wheat hamburger bun, split
1/8 medium red onion, sliced
1/2 medium tomato, divided
2 tsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1 medium orange

Season beef as desired with salt-free herbs and spices. Form into a patty. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Build hamburger on bun with onions, tomato, and ketchup.
