Heat grill or broiler. Using a basting brush, coat all sides of tempeh, leeks and carrots with salad dressing; cover and set aside. Place tempeh and vegetables on grill across the grates lengthwise, or on broiler pan. Grill each side about 5 min., basting with remaining marinade.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Enjoy yogurt with meal or as dessert.
Serve a glass of water with meal.
