Cook rice according to package directions. Add your favorite fresh or dried herbs to season.
Heat oil over medium heat; add peppers. Sauté 2 to 3 min. Add tuna fillets and sprinkle 1 Tbsp. water over top; increase heat to high and brown each side 2 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; add salsa and wine. Cover and simmer 10 min. Serve over rice.
Heat corn as directed on package.
Serve a cup of coffee with the meal.
