2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 oz. ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 large black olives, chopped
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
10 baby carrots
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz

Mix oil, vinegar, and feta cheese in a small bowl. Add chopped onions, olives and tomatoes; set aside.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain but do not rinse. Toss hot pasta with olive oil-cheese sauce.
