1/3 cup instant white rice, uncooked
2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
1/2 cup sliced frozen carrot s
1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Boil 1/3 cup water; stir in rice and 2% Milk Singles. Cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min., then stir again.

Heat carrots as directed on package. Top with margarine.

Toss lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with oil and vinegar; season as desired with favorite herbs.
