4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1 cup mixed salad greens
1 medium red pepper, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
3/4 cup red or green grapes
1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz

Toss chicken with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing; coat with grated topping. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium heat 10 min. or until cooked through; cut into strips. Combine chicken, greens, peppers, tomatoes and remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing. Complement salad with bagel spread with margarine.
