1 tsp. jam, jelly or preserves
1 medium orange

Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat. Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning. When eggs begin to set, add cheese. Scramble until eggs are cooked through.
