What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
2 cups water
1 tomato, chopped
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup KRAFT Cheddar & Asadero Cheese Expertly Paired for Tacos
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Let's Make It
Cook crumbles in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
Stir in rice, water, tomatoes and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Top with lettuce.
Add extra taco toppings, such as chopped onions and/or sliced black olives, just before serving.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese.
