Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Link s, coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (green peppers, mushrooms, onions)
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Place bread in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with chopped links, vegetables and seasoning.

Whisk egg product and milk until well blended; pour over vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
