1/2 cup shredded cucumber
1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
18 RITZ Low Sodium Crackers

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Spoon about 1 tsp. of the cucumber mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
How to Shred Cucumbers
Scrub the cucumber well, then cut in half lengthwise. Remove and discard the seeds. Then, shred cucumber with a hand shredder or food processor. Do not peel the cucumber before shredding since the shredded peel will add a nice green color to the finished recipe.
