What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 can (5 oz.) very low-sodium chunk white tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/4 cup shredded carrot s
2 green onion s, sliced
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
48 RITZ Low Sodium Crackers
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended; spoon onto crackers. Top with cheese.
Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese is melted.
Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 350ºF. Top crackers as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 3 min. or until topping is heated through and cheese is melted.
For a spicier flavor, increase hot pepper sauce to 1 tsp.
