What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
6 red potatoes (about 2 lb.), scrubbed, unpeeled
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
6 tomato es (about 2 lb.), peeled, chopped
3 green onion s, cut into 2-inch lengths
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Boil potatoes until fork-tender; drain. Cover to keep warm.
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream and seasonings; stir until well blended.
Pour sauce over warm potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
Prepare as directed, adding chopped cooked chicken, ham or pork to the heated dressing along with the tomatoes and onions.
