This unique, Colombian-inspired egg recipe, with its warm flavors and hearty ingredients, is a great way to start the day.

1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
3 green onion s, sliced
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, finely chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk

Toss cilantro with onion and bacon; set aside. Mix chicken broth and milk in large nonstick skillet. Bring just to boil on medium-low heat.

Slip each egg into a different place in the hot broth mixture. Spoon broth mixture gently over eggs. Cover skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until the egg whites are opaque and yolks are no longer shiny.

Carefully remove eggs from the pan; place 1 in each of 6 small bowls. Pour 1/2 cup of the broth mixture over each egg. Sprinkle evenly with the cilantro mixture.
