1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 potato es, peeled, boiled and cubed
2 carrot s, peeled, sliced and cooked
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
