Sure, you could serve cheese and crackers. Or you can take things to another level: French dip nibbles! (Get out the roast beef and French fried onions.)

20 RITZ Crackers
2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
5 oz. CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices
1/4 cup french-fried onions

Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle with onions.

Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through.

Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 350ºF. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
Variation
Prepare using CRACKER BARREL 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
Special Extra
Drizzle lightly with A.1. Original Sauce before serving.
