What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 zucchini, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
3 cups cavatappi pasta, uncooked
1 can (11 oz.) no-salt-added corn, drained
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Stir in salsa, zucchini and chili powder; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
Stir corn and 1/2 cup cheese into meat mixture; cook 3 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add meat mixture, lime juice and cilantro; mix lightly. Top with remaining cheese.
For spicier flavor, add 1 Tbsp. mashed canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with the salsa.
Prepare using any small shaped pasta.
Serve with lime wedges.
