We admit it—these appetizers aren't technically quesadillas. But they have everything you'd expect in one, except we switched crackers for the tortillas.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 oz. KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
24 woven wheat crackers
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Refried Beans
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa

Let's Make It
Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Top 12 crackers with beans, cheese and salsa. Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
Place 6 cracker sandwiches on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat.
Garnish with BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and black olive slices.
