This scrumptious dessert crisp has something for everyone—from juicy apples and fluffy marshmallows to crunchy pecans and gingersnaps.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 medium cooking apple s, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
18 gingersnaps, finely crushed
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place apples in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Top with marshmallows; set aside.
Mix gingersnap crumbs, pecans and butter in medium bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over marshmallow layer.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are tender, covering loosely with foil after 10 minutes to prevent overbrowning, if necessary.
