Original recipe yields 12 servings
1/4 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
3 oz. CRACKER BARREL Sharp Cheddar Cheese
48 RITZ Crackers

Let's Make It
Brown meat in small skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the meat. Drain well. Stir in ketchup.
Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice into quarters.
Top each of 24 of the crackers with 1 tsp. of the meat mixture and 1 cheese piece; cover with second cracker to make sandwich. Serve warm.
Top meat mixture with your favorite burger toppings, such as CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish, CLAUSSEN Kosher DIll Pickle Slices or chopped onions, before covering with second cracker to make sandwich.
