What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
5 frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Link s, chopped
6 green onion s, sliced
1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook 8 to 10 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally. Spread potatoes to evenly cover bottom of skillet.
Combine egg product, link pieces and onions; pour over potatoes. Cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until center is set. Remove from heat.
Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and/or freshly ground black pepper just before serving.
Serve with a side of HEINZ Tomato Ketchup or TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa.
