1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup KRAFT Prepared Horseradish, drained
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix sour cream, horseradish and mustard until well blended. Season with pepper; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve with cooked roast beef.
This sauce also tastes great with cooked pork, chicken or fish.
