What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red pepper s, drained, chopped
2 green onion s, sliced
1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix dressing and mustard in medium bowl until blended. Add artichokes, peppers and onions; mix well.
Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
Bake 6 to 8 min. or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted.
Prepare as directed, adding 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, and 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese to the artichoke mixture before spooning into prepared casserole and baking as directed.
