Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Original Chik’n Veggie Patties
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 small green onion, thinly sliced
4 kaiser roll s, split
4 leaf lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Let's Make It
Cook patties as directed on package.
Meanwhile, mix mayo, mustard and onions.
Fill rolls with lettuce, patties, mayo mixture and tomatoes.
Substitute 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives for the onions.
Substitute 1 cup packed mixed salad greens for the lettuce leaves.
Mayo mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days before using as directed.
