2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
2 egg s
1/2 cup milk
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 poblano chile s, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add tomatoes and chiles; mix well. Add prepared Dinners; mix lightly.
Spoon into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with finely chopped cilantro just before serving.
For a milder flavor, prepare as directed, substituting 3/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers for the chopped poblano chiles.
