Try this meaty version of your favorite molded gelatin salad.

Original recipe yields 3 servings
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
1 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slice, cut into thin strips
1 green onion, sliced

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; stir in vinegar. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

How to Quickly Cut the Turkey and Cheese
To easily cut the turkey and cheese into thin strips, stack the slices then cut into thin strips with a sharp knife.
Note
For best results, refrigerate salad no more than 8 hours before serving.
Variation
Spoon the gelatin mixture into 3 individual serving dishes before refrigerating as directed.
