2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
4 tsp. granular no-calorie sweetener
1 tsp. maple extract
4 tsp. PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted

Mix ricotta cheese, sweetener and extract until well blended. Stir in walnuts.
Spoon evenly into four dessert dishes; cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
