3 oz. quince paste, cut into thin slices

Place 1 cheese slice on a cutting board; top with a quince paste slice and second cheese slice.
Repeat layers until all of the cheese slices and quince paste slices are used.
Cut into 9 (1-inch) squares. Secure each with a toothpick.
