Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
Add 2-1/2 cups water and Macaroni. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 to 17 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. (Do not drain.)
Stir in Cheese Sauce, vegetable blend and garlic powder; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Substitute 2 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as chopped tomatoes, cut-up green beans, broccoli florets, sliced carrots and/or sliced green onions for the frozen vegetable blend, adding them to the pasta cooking water for the last 4 minutes of the pasta cooking time.
For more robust flavor, substitute 1 minced clove of garlic for the garlic powder.
